A record 150,000 people attended Hong Kong’s annual candlelit vigil to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the 1989 Tiananmen Square crackdown and to protest at the lack of freedom and democracy in China. The event was a proud moment for the city, but is Hong Kong risking biting the hand that feeds it?
