ING Investment Management hires Klug in Asia

The global asset manager appoints Paul Klug as regional general manager based in Hong Kong. Previously he worked for Deutsche Bank, where he was chief country officer and CEO in Mauritius.

The Asia-Pacific business of ING Investment Management announced that it had appointed Paul Klug as regional general manager based in Hong Kong.

Klug officially started on October 2 and replaces Eddy Belmans, who has moved to head up ING Life Japan. Klug reports to Alan Harden, chief executive of ING Investment Management Asia-Pacific.
