Daiwa, BoA-ML make senior equity derivatives hires

Underlining the race for talent, Daiwa has recruited Adam Cowperthwaite as its head of equity derivatives sales for Asia ex-Japan, while Rajesh Melwani is set to join BoA-ML as head of equity derivatives sales for Asia-Pacific.
