RBS Coutts moves global joint CIO to Asia

The international private banking arm of the Royal Bank of Scotland said it had relocated global co-chief investment officer Nick Cringle to Hong Kong. Manfred Liechti also started in Singapore this week as its market head for south-east Asia.

RBS Coutts today (March 3) announced the relocation of global co-chief investment officer Nick Cringle from London to Hong Kong.

In a statement, the bank confirmed that Cringle would continue in his role on behalf of Global Investment Services within the RBS Wealth Management division.

Cringle is responsible for the formulation of investment strategy and policy. In addition, he oversees delivery of core investment services and products across multiple brands within the division, which includes RBS Coutts and Coutts & Co.
