RBS Coutts hires Villamin from Citi Private Bank

The private banking arm of the Royal Bank of Scotland has appointed Norman Villamin as head of its investment strategy in Asia in a new role at the firm. He joined from Citi Private Bank, where he specialised in asset allocation and advice.
