Healthcare buy-outs dominate deal activity

Private equity buyouts of healthcare companies in Australia and New Zealand, plus a minority stake in Japan dominated last week’s activity. The pipeline looks vibrant too, although general partners may take a short break in early August, writes mergermarket.
