Asian corporates buy more developed market rivals

Companies in the region are increasingly acquiring developed market rivals as they flex their financial muscles. However developed market acquisitions into emerging economies remain three times as numerous, says KPMG.

China, India, and south-East Asia lie at the heart of a marked increase of cross-border M&A activity from emerging economies to developed countries, says a new survey.
