Change at the top for Barclays and HSBC

Barclays Capital CEO Bob Diamond is set to take over as the CEO of Barclays Group in March 2011, while Stephen Green has resigned as HSBC's chairman and will leave the UK bank at the end of the year to take up a role as the minister of energy and investment.
