Infosys voted top for transparency in Asiamoney’s latest Corporate Governance poll

Indian IT company Infosys has been voted as the top-ranked companies for overall corporate governance in our latest annual survey. Taiwan’s Chinatrust Financial Holding come second, and perennial contender Sun Hung Kai Properties is ranked third.

Bangalore-based Infosys is Asia’s most outstanding corporate for corporate governance, according to the respondents participating in Asiamoney’s latest annual Corporate Governance Poll.
