China junk property companies gain in appeal, say analysts

The desire of international investors to gain higher returns amid market volatility has led higher rated property companies in China to regain appeal.

The returns available in China’s high-yield buoyant market and especially from leading property companies is drawing investors and diminishing once-prevalent concerns over corporate disclosure standards, say analysts.

This reduction in the latter has been helped by a recent earnings...
