2. Where can I find my Subscription number?
Your subscription number appears on the address label of your print copy. It can also be found on your invoice and receipt, it will start with MAM 000.

3. How do I change the delivery address of my print subscription?
We require all address changes, including individual names and email address to be submitted in writing. This can be via email, fax or by post, see above for Customer Services details.
Please state the old address and the new address and most importantly the subscription number to allow us to retrieve and change your details.

4. I am missing a copy of the magazine, how do I claim?
Please note that our period to claim a missing issue is within the last 3 cover dates. This is to ensure we have the issues in stock and that we can look into the distribution. Please contact Customer Service, stating the subscription number, name of the magazine, and the cover date of the issue you are missing and we will investigate.

5. How to order a Back Issue?
Articles back to June 2000 are available on the archive section online. If you wish to purchase a past issue of the magazine, please email our Subscription Team or call +852 2842 6998 with the date of the issue you require.

6 Can I access my online subscription from more than one computer?
Unless you request for a different setup, the online subscription allows you to log on from any computer with your username and password. REMEMBER to LOG OUT after each session, to avoid locking up your next access.
If you wish to restrict your subscription access to a single concurrent machine, a single fixed machine, a specified number of machines, or IP access, please contact our Customer Service or Subscriptions Sales to specify your requirement.

7. I’ve forgotten my password or username?
If you remember your username, which is your registered email address, click here for a password reminder. Alternatively, please contact Customer Service, quoting your subscription number and the full name of the subscriber. For your security the login details will only be sent to the registered email address.

9. What are the current subscription rates?
US$ 790 for one year
US$ 1,422 for two years (a saving of 10%)
US$ 2,015 for three years (a saving of 15%)

10. How can I pay for my subscription?
You may pay for your subscription online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), or by contact our subscription manager requesting an invoice be sent to your company. The invoice will state payment options, including details of cheque and bank transfers. Existing subscribers please contact Customer Service to change your methed of payment.

11. What shall appear on my credit card statement for my subscription?
If payment is taken online your statement will have the reference – "EUROMONEY ONLINE TRAN LONDON". Otherwise it will show - “Euromoney Inst.Investor PLC London UK”. For payments made to an Agency please contact the Agency directly.

13. What is the difference between a “registered user” and a “subscriber”? What free content is available for non subscribers or “registered users”?
Some articles in Asiamoney.com are free to read. However only if you are paid subscribers you can access the Asiamoney extended poll results (current and previous years), locked articles and archive articles.

14. How do I confirm my expiry date?
This can be found on your receipt, which will state the period of your subscription. You will have received a written receipt by post after your payment has been processed. Alternatively, please contact Customer Service quoting your subscription number and the full name of the subscriber and we will be able to confirm this.

15. Will I be reminded before my subscription expires?
Yes. You will be reminded with fax and by post when your account is due for renewal.

16. Is your online payment facility secure?
Our credit card payments are handled by our payment centre, Datacash, who use state-of-the-art security tools and techniques to ensure that your online payment is completely secure. 17. Will my credit card information be stored by Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC or Asiamoney?
No. We do not store your full credit card information, the last 4 digits are retained temporarily as a reference only.

18. How do I apply for a free trial?

You are entitled to one free trial per publication.

Cancellations and Refunds
19. How do I cancel my subscription?
We require all cancellations to be submitted in writing. This can be via email, fax or by post. please contact Customer Services.
Please state the subscription number and name and address of subscriber. It would really help us to improve the quality of the magazine if you could tell us why you are cancelling. Any remaining cash-balance on the subscription, less the administrative fee, will be refunded back to the payee.

24. Why have I stopped receiving the e-Alert?
Some newsletters are stopped by company firewalls and spam filters, please check with your IT Department about allowing the newsletter through.
If this is not the case, please contact Customer Service, and we can look into this matter and check when the last newsletter was sent out. We can double check your email address is on the newsletter distribution list
